Join Mac King this February as he embarks on Mac King’s Magical Literacy Tour: Nevada Reading Week 2013. Donate three or more new or gently used children’s books at any of the locations below to receive a pair of tickets to The Mac King Comedy Magic Show and special offers from the host venue. King will personally deliver the books to kids in at-risk schools on Feb. 27 – Mar. 1, during Nevada Reading Week 2013.

Nevada Reading Week 2013
For three days beginning Feb. 27- March 1, during Nevada Reading Week, King will make appearances at three local elementary schools to teach the importance of reading. During the tour’s scheduled stops King will perform tricks from his show and read a few short stories. Each student at the schools King visits will receive a book from The Public Education Foundation’s Clark County READS initiative. Books for two of the three schools will be provided through the Reading Is Fundamental (RIF) program. Clark County READS is the RIF affiliate for Southern Nevada. Additionally, King will personally deliver books collected from the book drives which will be donated to teachers’ classroom libraries.
